Po zmianie stron Basket 25 próbował niwelować straty, jednak im było bliżej zakończenia spotkania – tym coraz pewniejsze awansu był zespół prowadzony przez Skerovic. Megan Gustafson uzbierała 20 punktów, a „oczko” mniej dodała Marissa Kastanek. Na plus wypadła także Magdalena Szymkiewicz, która zakończyła spotkanie z dorobkiem 11 punktów. Natomiast w zespole Piotra Kulpekszy, najwięcej punktów rzuciła Jillian Alleyne – 18.

Emocje to samego końca – tak w skrócie można opisać w kilku słowach finałowy mecz Suzuki Pucharu Polski w Bydgoszczy. Spotkanie dużo lepiej rozpoczęły koszykarki z Polkowic, które punkt po punkcie budowały przewagę. Po 10 minutach gry na tablicy wyników było (23:13), jednak kolejne minuty były zdecydowanie bardziej zacięte. Bardzo ważne trafienie (za trzy) w ostatnich sekundach pierwszej połowy zapisała na swoim koncie Magdalena Szymkiewicz (32:42).
Po zmianie stron mistrz Polski zagrał jeszcze lepiej i punkt po punkcie zmniejszał straty. Bardzo dobrze grała Megan Gustafson oraz Marissa Kastanek, co po 30 minutach gry dało wynik (52:54). W ostatniej kwarcie zespół z Pomorza robił co mógł, by wyjść z tej rywalizacji na „plus” – jednak niesamowite spotkanie rozegrała Erica Wheeler (39 punktów), która raz po raz dziurawiła kosz rywalek. Dobrze zagrała także Artemis Spanou, która uzbierała 13 punktów oraz 10 zbiórek. Zaznaczyć należy także, że w zespole z Pomorza – 37 punktów zdobyły zawodniczki wchodzące z „ławki” (12 w zespole z Polkowic).
