„Dzień Aktywnego Seniora” 

To już tradycja, że pod koniec stycznia zapraszamy seniorów na wydarzenie jedyne w swoim rodzaju! W poniedziałek 27 stycznia odbędzie się już szósta edycja Dnia Aktywnego Seniora. Na entuzjastów zdrowia i ruchu jak zwykle czeka mnóstwo atrakcji.  Startujemy punktualnie o godzinie 10.00 w hali lekkoatletycznej GCS.

O tym, że miejscowi seniorzy kochają zajęcia Gdyńskiego Poruszenia nikogo nie trzeba przekonywać. Treningi fitness, pilatesu czy zumby ciszą się olbrzymią popularnością, a uczestnicy opuszczają salę z uśmiechem na ustach, dlatego Dzień Aktywnego Seniora to dla nich wyjątkowe wydarzenie – końska dawka zdrowia skumulowana w kilku godzinach.
–  To już szósta edycja wspaniałego święta zdrowia. Jak zwykle przygotowaliśmy wiele atrakcji: nie tylko aktywności sportowych, ale też spotkań i warsztatów z fachowcami w dziedzinie zdrowia oraz ćwiczenia ciała i umysłu – mówi Przemysław Dalecki, dyrektor Gdyńskiego Centrum Sportu. – Do współpracy w organizacji wydarzenia zaprosiliśmy między innymi: Centralny Ośrodek Medycyny Sportowej, Centrum Nauki Experyment czy Centrum U7.

Dzień pełen aktywności, punktualnie o 10:00, rozpocznie fitness dla seniora. Nie zabraknie również innych aktywności: o 11:15 zapraszamy na trening funkcjonalny, a o 12:45 na pilates. Zajęcia będą trwać 45 minut.

Oprócz rozkoszy dla ciała, przygotowaliśmy również coś dla ducha – warsztaty „Gimnastyka Mózgu” poprowadzi Paula Olska – Kobieta Pozytywna.
– Pamięć jest zdolnością niezwykłą – magazynuje informacje, skojarzenia, wrażenia, dlatego tak ważne jest, aby jak najdłużej zachować ją w dobrej kondycji. Pomóc mogą w tym ćwiczenia, które zaprezentuje podczas Dnia Aktywnego Seniora – mówi Olska. 

Przez cały czas trwania imprezy dostępne będą stanowiska przygotowane przez partnerów wydarzenia. Salon Optyczny Doktor Marchewka zaprosi na bezpłatne badanie wzroku, a Centrum U7 zachęci do wspólnych gier i zabaw. Przy stanowisku Centrum Nauki Experyment będzie można zgłębić tajniki zdrowego odżywiania, mnemotechniki, a także… iluzji optycznej! 

Z kolei przedstawiciele Centralnego Ośrodka Medycyny Sportowej pojawią się w hali LA od godziny 11:00 do 13:00. Odwiedzający będą mogli za darmo zmierzyć ciśnienie, poziom glukozy, a także porozmawiać o swoich dolegliwościach. Od godziny 14:15 do 16:00 COMS zaprasza do gabinetu zabiegowego w przychodni (sąsiadującym z halą) na badania EKG, a także wyznaczanie wartości BMI.
