W pierwszym biegu mistrzowskim rywalizowały dziewczęta. Trasa liczyła 2,9 km + 210 m – 210 m. Od startu silne tempo narzuciła ubiegłoroczna mistrzyni Polski – Anna Szpoton (OLTS Opoczno Sport Team), która objęła zdecydowane prowadzenie. Goniła ją grupa 4 zawodniczek, ale pomimo wysiłków rywalek Szpoton nie dała sobie odebrać zwycięstwa. Czas triumfatorki – 14:51. Drugie miejsce zajęła Julia Ścisłowska (LLKS Osowa Sień) – 15:02, a trzecie Ida Halk (Zorza Gdynia) – 15:06. Czwarte i piąte miejsca zajęły 2 następne zawodniczki klubu LKS Zorza Gdynia, który okazał się rewelacją tych zawodów.
Chłopcy mieli do pokonania tę samą trasę. Najszybszym okazał się Krzysztof Czerwiński (UKS Budowlani Nowy Sącz) – 12:22. a niższe miejsca na podium wywalczyli dwaj zawodnicy Zorzy Gdynia – Szymon Skalski – 12:40 i Tomasz Ickowski – 12:40.
Drugiego dnia zawodów jako pierwsi na starcie stanęli zawodnicy kategorii U18 i U20 jako, że poza mistrzostwami Polski odbyły się tu eliminacje do reprezentacji na Mistrzostwa Świata i Europy, w których to imprezach obie kategorie występują wspólnie, jako jedna. Rywalizowano na trasie 5,0 km + 434 m – 434 m. Bezapelacyjnie najlepszy okazał się 18-letni Marcin Kubica (KS Sprint Bielsko-Biała), który zwyciężył w czasie 25:20. Drugim zawodnikiem kategorii U20 okazał się debiutujący w biegu górskim Mateusz Semper (MKS-MOS Płomień Sosnowiec) – 26:14, a trzecim Paweł Krawczuk (LUKS-MGOKSiR Korfantów) – 28:24. Bardziej wyrównana okazała się rywalizacja w kategorii U18, w której zwyciężył Bartłomiej Świątek (OLTS Opoczno Sport Team) – 26:24, przed Marcinem Kowalskim (LKS Zorza Gdynia) – 26:43 i Radosławem Chojeckim (MLUKS Tarnów) – 26:51.
Dziewczęta miały do pokonania tę samą trasę. W kategorii U20 trzecie miejsce zajęła Anna Śleszycka (LKS Zorza Gdynia) – 33:30.
