Od pierwszych minut spotkanie toczyło się w dosyć wolnym tempie, co promowało zespół z Jeleniej Góry. Zawodniczki będące w dole ligowej tabeli potrafiły przez pewien czas neutralizować gdyńską obronę, a po celnym rzucie z drugiej linii, który oddała Tatiana Bilenia było 4:4. To było jednak na tyle, jeśli chodzi o zagrożenie ze strony przyjezdnych.

Gdy w 11. minucie ze skrzydła trafiła Katarzyna Janiszewska, było już 7:4, a apetyty gdynianek były coraz większe. Patricia Matieli rzuciła bramkę na 11:5 i trener Paweł Tetelewski zaczął coraz odważniej rotować składem.

Tym razem już w pierwszej połowie szanse otrzymała Paulina Uścinowicz, która miała olbrzymi apetyt na bramkę. Ostatecznie Vistal wygrał pierwszą połowę 16:8, choć mogło być jeszcze wyżej, gdyby nie ambitna postawa Martyny Hoffman w bramce.

Od początku drugiej połowy bramkę zamurowała Weronika Kordowiecka., a następnie jej rolę przejęła Oliwia Kamińska. W konsekwencji od 26. do 44 minuty KPR pokonał rywalki  tylko raz! W międzyczasie trwał ofensywny koncert Vistalu. Zespół trenera Tetelewskiego wyszedł na prowadzenie 23:9. Dominacja gdynianek nie podlegała dyskusji. Niestety przykra kontuzja przydarzyła się Oktawii Bieleckiej, która po starciu z Martyną Borysławską zalała się krwią i musiała zejść z boiska.

Przy pewnym wyniku pierwszą bramkę w PGNiG Superlidze rzuciła Uścinowicz, która trafiła z siedmiu metrów. Vistal mimo wysokiego prowadzenia nie chciał dawać taryfy ulgowej jeleniogórzankom. Ostatecznie spotkanie zakończyło się wynikiem 32:18. Vistal wciąż dominuje na krajowych parkietach.
