Celne rzuty z dystansu Daniela Gołębiowskiego i Stumbrisa oznaczały jednak remis po 10 minutach – po 19.
Drugą kwartę Asseco Arka ponownie rozpoczęła od serii 6:0, a świetnie radził sobie Filip Dylewicz (zdjęcie górne). Nawet gdy Jabarie Hinds odrobił część strat, to szybko reagował na to Boykins. Po kolejnej trójce Wołoszyna gospodarze uciekali na 10 punktów. Ostatecznie po rzucie Musicia pierwsza połowa zakończyła się wynikiem 51:39.
Dzięki zagraniom Wojciecha Tomaszewskiego na początku trzeciej kwarty przewaga zespołu trenera Milosa Mitrovicia powiększała się. Po późniejsze akcji Adriana Boguckiego wynosiła już 20 punktów. Straty zmniejszał lekko Krajina, starał się także Aleksander Wiśniewski, ale po kolejnych rzutach Boguckiego po 30 minutach było 70:54.
Ostatnia część spotkania niewiele już zmieniła, ponieważ ekipa trenera Roberta Witki nie była w stanie odrobić tak dużych strat. Po kontrze wykończonej przez Boykinsa przewaga gdynian znowu wynosiła aż 20 punktów. Ostatecznie zwyciężyli 84:68.
