Ladies’ Jazz Festival Gdynia 2021 startuje 26-31 lipca 2021: Teatr Muzyczny, Konsulat Kultury w Gdyni, Filharmonia Kaszubska w Wejherowie
Wspaniałe artystki, lipiec, polskie morze i największa gwiazda festiwalu:
PUBLICZNOŚĆ
XVII edycję Ladies’ Jazz Festival, jedynego festiwalu w takim stopniu poświęconego damom jazzu rozpocznie specjalny koncert poświęcony niedawno zmarłej Królowej Polskiego Swingu, Pani Marii Koterbskiej.
W Tribute to Maria Koterbska swój udział potwierdziły: Dorota Miśkiewicz, Anna Serafińska, Grażyna Auguścik, Monika Borzym i Beata Przybytek (podobnie jak p. Koterbska pochodząca z Bielska-Białej).
Obliczono, że Gwiazda miała w swoim repertuarze przeszło 1500 utworów, w tym ok. 400 nagranych – jest więc w czym wybierać, jest powód, by dbać o tak wspaniałą spuściznę artystyczną. Na pewno nie powinno zabraknąć tego dnia na scenie Rudzielca, Parasolek, Augustowskich nocy, Karuzeli, Wrocławskiej piosenki czy Serduszka pukającego w rytmie cha-cha…
Jak pisał o niej Lucjan Kydryński – Była pierwszą, która odważyła się niegdyś przełamać «dziarski» styl odtwórczy, lansując piosenkę intymną, nieraz nawet półpoetycką lub satyryczną. Bo Królowa Swingu była za pan brat z Frankiem Sinatrą i Ellą Fitzgerald, ale nie stroniła też od wzruszających piosenek Agnieszki Osieckiej, Wojciecha Młynarskiego czy Jeremiego Przybory.
Wszystkie piosenki zaaranżuje Artur Jurek który wcześniej już pięknie zaaranżował piosenki świąteczne i kolędy do koncertu „Ladies’ Jazz na święta” mającego premierę w grudniu 2020 roku. On też będzie pełnił rolę kierownika muzycznego tego koncertu i towarzyszył Artystkom wraz ze swym zespołem muzyków
Koncert rozpocznie się 26 lipca o g. 20.00 w Filharmonii Kaszubskiej w Wejherowie.
