Ostatecznie francuski zespół pokonał ekipę Gundarsa Vetry 85:79. Najlepszą zawodniczka spotkania była Stephanie Mavunga, która rzuciła 30 punktów – najlepszy wynik w sezonie. Sekundowała jej Gabby Williams z 20 oczkami. W zespole Arki najskuteczniejsze były Bec Allen, 23 punkty i Barbora Balintova – 21.
Gdynianki za mało rzucały. Miały lepszą skuteczność z gry zarówno w rzutach za dwa, jak i za trzy punkty, ale oddały o 10 rzutów mniej od rywalek. Były też mniej skuteczne na linii rzutów wolnych. Te czynniki przesądziły o ich porażce. To już szósta przegrana Arki w rozgrywkach Euroligi Kobiet w tym sezonie. Pomimo to gdyńskie zawodniczki nie straciły jeszcze szansy awansu. W najbliższej kolejce w środę 15 stycznia podejmą w Gdynia Arena liderki grupy, Fenerbahce Oznur Kablo Stambuł.
