W dniach 18-19.05.2018 r. Akademia Piłki Ręcznej Karkonosze, była organizatorem Turnieju Finału Mistrzostw Polski Juniorek Młodszych w piłce ręcznej. Mecze rozgrywane były w hali sportowej SMS Karpacz. Udział brały następujące zespoły:
