Trójka Jasnowskiejna początku kwarty drugiej ponownie pozwoliła Ostrovii zbliżyć się na 1 punkt (20:21), gospodynie zbyt często jednak pozwalały rywalkom na łatwe rzuty spod kosza, czym znacznie utrudniały sobie skuteczny pościg. W czwartej kwarcie prowadzenie przyjezdnych urosło nawet do 40 punktów (42:82), ostatecznie jednak mecz zakończył się wynikiem 55:88. Wysoka wygrana Basketu 90 potwierdziła różnicę klas obu drużyn. Gdynianki w ostatnim meczu sezonu zasadniczego podejmą CCC Polkowice i powalczą o siódmą lokatę przed fazą play-off, a ostrowiankom pozostał jeden mecz z zespołem z dołu tabeli – w najbliższą sobotę z Eneą w Poznaniu, ale wydaje się, że i w tym spotkaniu o szóste zwycięstwo w tym sezonie będzie im niezwykle trudno.
