Spotkanie od samego początku było bardzo wyrównane. W końcówce pierwszej kwarty ważne rzuty trafiali jednak Ante Delas oraz Paweł Leończyk i to Anwil prowadził po 10 minutach 23:17. Drugą kwartę włocławianie rozpoczęli od serii 8:0 i kontrolowali sytuację. Asseco zaczęło odpowiadać, ale nie było w stanie odrobić strat. Trafienia Przemysława Żołnierewicza zbliżyły Asseco jeszcze na osiem punktów w czwartej kwarcie, ale Anwil nie pozwolił już na nic więcej. Ostatecznie zwyciężył 87:73.
