Urodzony 31 maja 1972 roku w Ciechanowie szkoleniowiec pracował w Ekstraklasie z takimi zespołami jak Korona Kielce, Podbeskidzie Bielsko Biała oraz Górnik Zabrze. Łącznie prowadził te zespoły w 148 meczach.
Leszek Ojrzyński karierę trenerską rozpoczął w 1997 r. w Legii Warszawa, gdzie prowadził zespoły trampkarzy. W roli drugiego trenera pracował kolejno w Legionovii, Błękitnych Stargard, Radomiaku, ŁKS Łomża, Polonii Warszawa.
Jako pierwszy szkoleniowiec oprócz wspomnianych na początku klubów, prowadził wcześniej: Znicz Pruszków, Wisłę Płock, Raków Częstochowa, Odrę Wodzisław i Zagłębie Sosnowiec.
Kontrakt obowiązuje do końca tego sezonu i zawiera opcję jego przedłużenia.
Z dniem 10 kwietnia 2017 roku przestał pełnić obowiązki pierwszego trenera Arki Gdynia Grzegorz Niciński . Klub dziękuje za ogromny wkład pracy, sukcesy w postaci awansu do Ekstraklasy oraz finału Pucharu Polski i życzy powodzenia w dalszej karierze trenerskiej.
Trener Niciński zaliczył z żółto-niebieskimi 96 meczów.
Bilans: 96 spotkań, 42 zwycięstwa, 28 remisów, 26 porażek, bramki: 141-109.
Bilans w Ekstraklasie, 28 spotkań: 8 zwycięstw, 6 remisów, 14 porażek, bramki 35 – 47.
Grzegorz Niciński przejął zespół 21 września 2014 roku. Pierwszy mecz zaliczył 28 września 2014 roku wygrywając z Wisłą w Płocku 1:0.
W 2014 roku po objęciu funkcji szkoleniowca pierwszej drużyny bilans: 10 spotkań (tylko liga),
6 zwycięstw-1 remis-3 porażki , bramki 12-11.
W 2015 roku w lidze i Pucharze łącznie 36 spotkań: 14 zwycięstw– 15 remisów – 7 porażek , bramki 54-37.
W 2016 roku w lidze i pucharze 40 spotkań (w tym wygrana walkowerem z Dolcanem Ząbki). Bilans tych 40 spotkań: 20 zwycięstw, 11 remisów, 9 porażek, bramki 59 – 37.
W 2017 ten bilans to: 10 spotkań, 2 zwycięstwa – 1 remis – 7 porażek, bramki: 16-24
