Kwalifikacje grupy „A” podsumowuje czasem 45.872 s. i 8 rezultatem, co w ogólnej klasyfikacji JUNIORÓW plasuje go na 20 lokacie w śród 46 zawodników . Pierwszy niedzielny wyścig (batteria 2) wykorzystuje do awansu i po wywalczeniu 7 miejsca kwalifikuje się do finału. Niestety wyścig finałowy okazuje się dla niego pechowy. Tuż po starcie dochodzi do dużego incydentu na torze. Maciek zderza się z innym kierowcą i wypada z toru, kończąc tym samym przedwcześnie zmagania.
Już za niecały tydzień ROKKERSI z całego świata wezmą udział w najważniejszym, tegorocznym wydarzeniu – Finale Światowym. Na torze nie zabraknie również i tym razem braci Szyszko, dla których zawody te będą podsumowaniem ciężkiej, całosezonowej pracy.
