Szymon prezentując bardzo dobre tempo podsumowuje je czasem 44.927 s. tracąc do lidera kategorii ROK 0.263 s. Wynik ten zapewnia mu 4 pole startowe do półfinału. W niedzielę rozpoczęła się walka o punkty. Szymon pojedynkując się przez cały dzień z Manuelem Gritti i Michaelem Mullerem tasuje się pomiędzy 2, a 4 pozycją. Ostatecznie oba wyścigi podsumowuje, pewną 3 lokatą i zapewnia sobie najniższy stopień podium. Maciek, mimo długiej przerwy w ściganiu, pozytywnie zaskakuje swoim dobrym tempem. Podczas otwartych sesji treningowych osiąga czasy w ścisłej czołówce , a na ostatni trening przed czasówką kończy na drugim miejscu ze stratą zaledwie 0,06 sek. do lidera . Czasówka nie należy do udanych , Maciek kończy z 14 rezultatem. Półfinał zaczyna się dla niego obiecująco- już na pierwszym okrążeniu awansuje na 7 pozycję. Niestety, liczna stawka Junior ROKA również walczy o jak najlepszy wynik i podczas jednego z pojedynków Maciek zostaje wypchnięty z toru i spada o 11 oczek. Po powrocie do rywalizacji odrabia straty i ostatecznie linię mety przekracza jako 10. Finał okazuje się dla niego pechowy. Od poczatku biegu zmaga się z problemami z jednostką napędową, jednak nie poddaje się i kontynuuje wyścig. Na kilka okrążeń przed końcem, silnik ulega ostatecznej awarii i tym samym przekreśla szansę kierowcy na ukończenie finału . Wyścigowi bracia nie robią sobie przerwy i już od połowy tego tygodnia ponownie wyjadą na tor. Sesje treningowe poświęcą na przygotowania do zmagań Bridgestone Supercup, które rozegrane zostaną już w przyszły weekend na torze w Lonato.
