Hokeiści rozruszają Gdynię

Podczas ostatniego spotkania Gdyńskiego Poruszenia hokeiści zaprezentują – oprócz ćwiczeń ogólnorozwojowych – elementy treningu hokejowego, takie jak strzały na bramkę, jazda slalomem. Wszyscy uczestnicy będą mogli darmowo wypożyczyć łyżwy, udostępniony zostanie także sprzęt hokejowy. Dla początkujących prowadzący przygotowali krótki kurs nauki jazdy na łyżwach.

GKH zrzesza entuzjastów i pasjonatów hokeja z całego Trójmiasta. Dwukrotnie zajął II miejsce w Trójmiejskiej Lidze Hokeja, dodatkowo III miejsce w zeszłym roku oraz IV miejsce w Mistrzostwach Polski Amatorów 2014. Wszystkie sukcesy:

II miejsce TALH w sezonie 2007/2008
II miejsce Trójmiejskiej Ligi Hokeja w sezonie 2012/2013
I miejsce Mistrzostwach Polski Amatorów gr. B W Toruniu 2013r.
III miejsce Trójmiejskiej Ligi Hokeja w sezonie 2013/2014
IV miejsce w XIII Mistrzostwach Polski Amatorów w sezonie 2013/2014 (debiut na najwyższym szczeblu rozgrywek ogólnopolskich)

Trening odbędzie się 17 grudnia 2014 roku o godzinie 18:00 na lodowisku przy Młodzieżowym Domu Kultury (Gdynia, ul. Bema 33). Serdecznie zachęcamy do pojawiania się od godziny 17:30. Punkt zbiórki – przed wejściem głównym MDK.

W holu MDK udostępniona zostanie przestrzeń do przebrania się i założenia łyżew. Rozgrzewka na lodowisku potrwa ok. 45 minut, następnie odbędą się standardowe treningi biegania i nordic walking.
