Oznacza to, że podczas meczu ze Stomilem w sobotę kibice będą wpuszczani jedynie na sektory położone na Trybunie Olimpijska.
W związku ze zmianami organizacyjnymi spowodowanymi zamknięciem trybun: Tory i Górka, podajemy szczegóły dotyczące dalszej sprzedaży biletów na mecze ze Stomilem Olsztyn oraz Termalicą Bruk-Bet Nieciecza.
Sprzedaż biletów na Stomil Olsztyn
W związku z otrzymaną od Wojewody Pomorskiego decyzją o zamknięciu trybun: Górka, Tory oraz sektora gości na meczu ze Stomilem Olsztyn informujemy, że wszystkie osoby posiadające karnety oraz które zakupiły na ten mecz bilety na jedną z zamkniętych trybun, będą miały możliwość odebrania bezpłatnych wejściówek na trybunę Olimpijską – sektor A.
Poniżej opisujemy procedury wymiany biletów i karnetów:
· Wymiana karnetu
W celu zmiany miejsca należy udać się z dowodem osobistym oraz karnetem do:
– punktu sprzedaży, w którym karnet został zakupiony ( z wyłączeniem punktów KOLPORTER*) lub,
– do biura marketingu do piątku do godz. 16:00 lub,
– do Kasy nr 2 na Stadionie czynnej w środę, czwartek i piątek w godz. 16:00 – 19:00 lub,
– Fan Shopu na Stadionie w godz. 10.00-18.00 lub,
– do kas na Stadionie w dniu meczu (godziny otwarcia kas w dniu meczu zostaną podane w odrębnej informacji).
Karnet zostanie dezaktywowany na sobotni mecz i wydana zostanie bezpłatna wejściówka na sektor A. Osoby, które będą chciały zmienić miejsce na inny sektor (sektor C, B) będą miały możliwość zakupu biletów w cenach zgodnych z obowiązującym cennikiem.
* Osoby, które zakupiły karnety w punktach Kolportera (lista punktów sprzedaży) powinny dokonać wymiany biletu w biurze marketingu do pt. do godz. 16.00, kasie nr 2 na Stadionie od śr.-pt. godz. 16.00-19.00, bądź w Fan Shopie na Stadionie w godzinach 10.00-18.00.
· Wymiana biletu zakupionego w punkcie sprzedaży biletów:
W celu zmiany miejsca należy udać się wraz z zakupionym biletem oraz dowodem osobistym na trybunę Górka lub Tory do:
– punktu sprzedaży, w którym bilet został zakupiony (z wyłączeniem punktów KOLPORTER*) lub,
– do kasy nr 2 na Stadionie czynnej w środę, czwartek i piątek w godz. 16:00 – 19:00 lub,

Z uwagi na krótki czas jaki pozostał do meczu ze Stomilem Olsztyn, apelujemy do wszystkich posiadaczy karnetów i biletów na zamknięte trybuny do wcześniejszej wymiany karnetu/biletu niż w dniu meczu, co znacznie pomoże usprawnić działanie kas w dniu meczu. Jednocześnie informujemy, że w dniu meczu na stadionie nie będzie prowadzona sprzedaż biletów na mecz z Termalicą Bruk-Bet Nieciecza.
Poza wymianą karnetów oraz biletów na nieczynne sektory, prowadzona jest sprzedaż biletów na sektory: rodzinny, C5, B3/B4, VIP oraz A2. Z uwagi na ograniczoną liczbę biletów w sprzedaży (ok 1000), osoby zainteresowe zakupem biletu na mecz ze Stomilem prosimy o jak najszybsze dokonanie transakcji.
Sprzedaż biletów na Termalicę Bruk-Bet Nieciecza
Sprzedaż biletów na mecz z Termalicą Bruk-Bet Nieciecza prowadzona jest bez zmian. Jedynie w dniu meczu ze Stomilem, tj.23.11.2013r. na Stadionie nie będzie możliwości zakupu biletu na mecz z Termalicą (reszta punktów będzie prowadziła sprzedaż bez zmian).
Przypominamy także o konkursie dla najmłodszych Kibiców. Ze wszystkich biletów dziecięcych zakupionych do 21.11.2013 (przed meczem ze Stomilem) oraz do 25.11.2013 (przed meczem z Termalicą) włącznie wylosowany zostanie jeden szczęśliwiec, który przed meczem będzie miał możliwość wyprowadzenia na murawę drużyn z sędziami.
Serdecznie zachęcamy do zakupu biletów w przedsprzedaży (bilet tańszy o 3 zł) zarówno we wszystkich punktach, których pełna lista znajduje się w zakładce „Bilety i karnety” jak i przez Internet po zalogowaniu się na stronie www.bilety.arka.gdynia.pl
Jednocześnie przypominamy o konkursie – spośród wszystkich osób, które zakupią bilety (w punktach sprzedaży lub za pośrednictwem strony internetowej) odpowiednio do 22.11.2013(przed meczem ze Stomilem) oraz do 26.11.2013 (przed meczem z Termalicą) włącznie, rozlosowane zostaną 3 podwójne zaproszenia na kolejny mecz rozgrywany w Gdyni.
